I don't know how you emulate the rain in what seems like an indoor studio, but the technical/processing and lighting job is awesome. That is the most impresive part of this image.
Speaking about everything else : The styling is good, with the exception of the cap that pops out a little too much, and doesnt seem as soaked as the other fabrics.
Model pose & attitude matchs completly the "wet & sexy" feeling.
Composition is ggod, except that there is very few space in the hand area, some pixels more may be good, and put the ladded perfectly in image back right corner.
